KTRB Listener Writes to Cal Purviance
(Editor's Note:  We wish to thank Cal's wife Betty for sharing with us various letters,  photos and newspaper clippings found in his office after Cal passed away on January 23, 2011.   Below is a type written letter to Cal in 1970 from a man,  suffering from Polio,  who typed the letter with a stick in his mouth.   The letter was written 4 years after KTRB's owner Bill Bates' death and highlights the general feelings about KTRB during the 60's and early 70's.)
